Policy Management and Consultancy Services Limited a.k.a POLICY CONSULT is an international development outfit focusing coherent approaches to poverty reduction, development and displacement, as well as global trade-interdependency.

The center consistently undertakes international policy research, training and analysis in its pursuit of opportunities for change. Range of international development support services are directed at governments, international institutions and international/national private sector groups. POLICY CONSULT currently supports ECOWAS to set up the ECOWAS Free Movement Policy and Governance (ECOGO) initiative. ECOGO is an information system that will gather and diffuse information about bribes, delays and harassments in West Africa regional road transport.

The project will collect data on bribes and delays and feed them to an ECOGO database for analysis from which we will soon be producing tables and graphs for quarterly reports. In addition, we work to increase publicity on this topic through the dissemination of qualitative and quantitative information. As part of this outreach work, we aim to partner media, civil society and advocacy groups to pressure government for change.
